One-hundred percent organic, these are the hand-picked Sacred Blue Lotus stamens, from the same single pond on the small farm in Nepal, which produces our Blue Lotus Petals.

It takes a great amount of flowers to produce just a handful of stamens -- these are, after all, WHOLE organic blue lotus flower stamens -- so these are offered seasonally, and it's not unusual for them to sell out quite fast.

Lotus stamens are the most sought-after part of the blue lotus plant, and are often referred to as "poor man's" saffron.
