Astral projection or out of body exsperiences are as much a part of your life as dreams and air. In all truth, each person, for a limmited time each night, leaves his or her body during sleep. The astral body can also leave during times of deep thought relaxtation, and stress. The key has always been in retaining this information without the mind erasing it or labelling it as a fantasy.
There actually exsists 3 types of projections, and most people do at least two without ever relizing it. The first is called mental travelling; this is where your mind is focused intently on a single subject or person and can project a part of itself to observe or seek out information and counsel by way of intuition that is felt, not seen. The second type is clariavisual, remote viewing, scrying, or crystal gazing. These two types; people do every day, but they call it ""daydreaming"" and ""spacing out"" but with practice and obsevation it becomes much more.
Remember you live a double life and that part of it remains hidden from you. Except through your dreams you gather glimpses of a much broader reality then the mundane...life surrounds you in a myrid of forms and dimensions and you exsist in all these; it's just a matter of focusing your mind in that direction. |
