Many have asked us why we don't offer items such as MHRB, Psychotria Viridis, Cebil/Yopo seeds, "Spice" or "Bath Salts" or "Research Chemicals" (as well as many others we're simply unfamiliar with), or other products that we feel don't fit within the vision of our website (such as Amanita muscaria, and perhaps soon; Kratom). So, we decided to offer a direct response:

We work hard to ensure we can provide adults with access to the vast array of 100% legal plants and products that have such a rich history in both Shamanism and indigenous cultures in various parts of the world. We also like to provide complete peace of mind to all of our customers at the same time. We always gone out of our way to remain compliant with our business, consulting with people like Glen Richard Boire of the CCLE, as well as our own legal team, who specialize in both DEA and FDA matters. We have worked to set up our business within the parameters of the law, and will continue to do so as long as we exist.

Ultimately, our customers come first, and though we will make far less money as a result, it will assure our continued freedom to offer everyone the beautiful, high quality plants and products that we believe so deeply in, while allowing us to educate and inform those that such beautiful and sacred plants with such a rich history do and did exist.

We, like you, want the freedom to exercise our right to have these plants on our Shamanic altars, to study them, to create artwork with them, to burn them as incense, to grow them in our Shamanic Gardens, or to have them around us as a reminder of the rich and sacred traditions of dying cultures that we hold so dear.

Just because herbs are not well-known does not mean that they don't have a rich historical Shamanic, Ayurvedic, or Folk Remedy tradition, often spanning thousands of years by indigenous and foreign cultures.

We take steps to ensure that before we offer any products, that the ones we do offer on our sites have harmed no one, even if we're simply offering incense components, items to grow in your garden, or even the products we do offer for consumption such as our Top Selling Kava and Kanna products, or our line of Shamanic Teas that are manufactured for us exclusively by eSutras. We all know the argument that tobacco, alcohol, and prescription medication claim hundreds of thousands of lives every year, and that most herbal products have a vastly better track record, but that's not what's ultimately the most relevant to us; remaining compliant is.

Regardless, please know your rights, and exercise your cognitive liberties without fear, but always respectfully and within the limits of the laws we all cherish.

We will keep you posted here if we decide to change our minds and carry products we don't presently carry. Countless other sites offer many of the products that are sometimes requested of us, but we remain unbending, and treasure all of those customers who understand how we operate and why we operate. We prefer to keep our customers safe, especially with the enactment of a quickly-changing legal landscape that we continually work hard with our manufacturer to work within.
