This is simply the whole root version of Ashwahanda. Whole roots preserve more of the volatile oils, but require more time to steep. Usually, a big spoonful is stirred into the liquid of your choice with a pinch of honey and cinnamon, but with the Whole Root, you can put several roots into boiling water, bring to a simmer, and steep for several hours for full effects.
